Dark and Dry is made with a blend of apples and champagne yeast but caramelized sugar is added just before filtering to impart a deep bronze tone. White sugar is used in the Amber Cider.

pours a caramel color, hardly no carbonation. Not as sweet as the Amber, but still very good. Too bad I’ve only found it at one store in town or I would buy it more often.

Pours like dark apple juice with no head. Some visible carbonation. Smell is fresh cider and apple pulp. Taste is sweet caramel apples with a nice finish of apple tartness. Not too exceptionally different from regular Woodchuck Draft Cider.

Pours an off orange amber. Dare I say smells Belgian and fruity? Taste of apples and raspberry? Slight dry bitter finish. I’m diggin.

Bottle
Pours a decent amber with an aroma of apple, pear, and a bit of strawberry. Flavor is a nice flow of apple with a finish of pear. Average mouthfeel. Not bad.

12oz bottle. Was excited to try this one, split with JRedmond. Impressions..Swill, watery and overly sugary and sweet- yuck. medium dry finish with akward apple notes. Looks terrible in a glass. Probably the worst cider i’ve had.

This is a fair cider. Pours a light amberish color with no head(typcial of all woodchucks)flavor is sweet with weird fake flavors. Just doesn’t seem right.

12 oz bottle split with pwn3d, and Im glad we did, I wouldn’t be able to handle a full one. Pours a clear amber body with no head, no lacing. The aroma is champagne yeast. The taste is sugar - way too sweet for me and I love candy.

Pretty decent cider. Nice color. The flavor has a bit of a fake maple syrup thing going on.
