Amber color. Apple juice with some less sugars. Less interesting than other ciders, very simple.

(12oz bottle) Crystal clear amber body topped by an off-white head that’s limited to the edge of the glass. Aroma is medium sweet, champagne yeast, tart apple. Taste is medium sweet, apple, some dryness, tartness, light sourness. Light body, light crispness, light carbonation. Drinkable if fairly boring.

My first cider. Poured a light brown with no head. Smelled like apple juice tasted like apple juice. Tart finish. So this is why they call it cider.

Rating # 2400... Draft... Clear, amber cider with a small, frothy, white head. Decent retention. The nose is of overripe apples. Fruity, sweet and tart flavor profile. Medium-bodied and satiny with soft carbonation. Finishes fruity and a touch sweet. Not so dry!

Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of sweet dessert apples. Taste is of overripe apples and sugar.

Dark yes, dry no. Amber colour, no head. Sweet aroma, light caramel, appley sweetness. Strong brown sugar and some traces of apple skin. For something called dry, it’s anything but. Gets cloying.

Deep amber body with a thin head - Whoops! Scratch the head. The aroma is sweet fresh apples with a touch of tartness. The sweet apples take over the flavor with a hint of sourness returning in the dry, apple skin finish. Not bad.
