Commercial Description:
It is made using 100% Granny Smith apples. This cider has a mouth-watering flavor that is tangy and tart, with just a touch of sweetness.

Pours an ultra-pale, pear color with a quick, fizzy entrance leaving a hairline of a white halo. Sour apple aroma with some sour milk in hiding. Thin-bodied with a definite flavor of Granny Smiths... down to an acidic, cheek-pinching astringence and a dry, peel-like finish. This is a decent cider that I would have liked a few years ago when I favored sour apples, but I have since moved on to sweeter varieties like Fuji and Gala.

The first cider I’ve rated, so I may have to re-rate this after I’ve tried a few others. To me, this looked, smelled, and tasted like a liquid "Apple Jolly Rancher". Cloying sweetness combined with unnatural tartness kept bringing the phrase "alcoholic candy" to my mind.

Very tart and crisp. This was a real surprise when i first took a drink. Not a cider to begin with because you will not be able to appreciate the intricate flavor.

Pours a light golden yellow color. Aroma is pretty much apple (somewhat artificial). Flavor is sweet, a touch acidic. Finish is lightly sweet.

Sweet but not sugary, (sort of like a Riesling) not a deep flavor but or too overpoweringly apple, also sort of cirtusy... Is very drinkable, although I couldnt drink more than one or two at a time, it goes well with sandwiches and is something to sip on during the day.

I actually found myself enjoying this one a little. I had it on draught and was pleasantly surprised by it .

Bottle. Your standard apple cider. A little too sweet for my taste. Would be nice on a hot summer day.

’Tis okay. But nothing out of the ordinary. Exceptionally sweet, high flavor on tounge, but a bit electrically overdrawn on that taste.
