Commercial Description:
It is made using 100% Granny Smith apples. This cider has a mouth-watering flavor that is tangy and tart, with just a touch of sweetness.

Pours a shade yellow darker than clear, fully receding white head. Aroma is a bit funky with a tart apple note. Taste is lightly sweet, high acidic, with alot of apples. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Still haven’t found a cider I truly enjoyed. I struggled through one bottle.

Very pale, almost champagne coloring. There is no head, but plenty of carbonation. The aroma is Granny Smith’s and some light wood. There is also a hint of grass. The taste is light Granny Smith. There is some dry notes champagne and a little bit of vinous character. A decent macro cider.

Is this a beer? In the bottle it looks fine, but in the glass it looks like water. It has a nice aroma that boasts of apples. It also feels nice in the mouth. I am still not sure if it is a beer. It tasted pleasant and refreshing, but hardly beer-like. As expected there was a lot of apple flavor evident and that was enjoyable.

Had at Beer Fest and after sampling lots of stouts and nut browns this was a welcome taste. Very appley aroma, thin head to no head, thin kind of watery palate. Very flavorful

this is definetely better than the pear cidar because its not AS sweet. if you like other cidars you will probably like this one as opposed to the pear. full flavors that are reflective of the very strong aroma and taste

Not quite as good as the amber cider, but this is definitely an apple cider. Strong on the nose and tongue. If you like ciders, you’ll probably like this one.

Very nice drink, but can only consume once in a while. Very nice apple taste, and very sweet and at the same time very tart. Can’t drink more than one at a time.

I like this beer, but I have to be in the mood to drink it. It has a very strange aftertaste and is kind of sour.
