It is made using 100% Granny Smith apples. This cider has a mouth-watering flavor that is tangy and tart, with just a touch of sweetness.

A nice tarte cider with decent carbonation. Not bad, but there are better ciders out there.

Of course by malt beer standards this one would be a flop because it is light and has almost no head and is pretty much clear but this is a cider so I will have to say this one is great. The smell is of apples and a little alcohol, no surprises here. In the taste there is a nice balance of sweetness and sourness. A definite presence of alcohol but not overpowering. Finish is slightly sweet. Very good!

My favorite of the cider lot. Its funny, I don’t like Granny Smith apples, but the cider is pretty good.

Nearly as light and clear as water, this carries a faint tart aroma and tastes more like a sour apple candy than a cider. Drinking it isn’t worth the heartburn that it gave me.

Pleasant overall. Sweet jolly ranchers taste, sticky on the lips, super fizzy, small quickly dissipating head. How much cider could a woodchuck drink? Probably only one, as the sweetness is a major factor. I will try it again.

Bottle Pours a almost colorless white/yellow with no...and I mean no head or lacing (ofcourse) Some tart aple aroma. Faint tart apple flavors with the bitter apple peal like note coming on later. Watery, thin, soft carbonation. Ive had a few good fruit beers/ciders....this isn’t one of them.

On tap at the Syracuse Holiday Brewfest Dec.04 2004. Almost colourless, like the urine of a drunkard. Tart apple aroma. Sweet tart synthetic mess. Sweet sour water. Sorry, this aint cider!
