Aug 22, 2004 Straw colored. Slight ring of bubbles around the rim. Aroma is of the Granny Smith apples. Taste is tart with some sweetness. Decent.

Aug 16, 2004 Before I started with beer, there was only cider. How did I not rate all the woodchuck. This is nowhere near the best cider out there, but it drinkable. Perhaps too sweet though.

Jul 22, 2004 This is a quality cider. Definatly not one of the best ciders i’ve had and sure as hell isnt the worst. It does have the green apple sour sort of taste to it but the good thing is that it isnt too sour. I’ve only had it out of the bottle, look forward to seeing it on tap.

Jul 19, 2004 MIldly tart apple aroma. Champagne-like effervescence in the straw coloured body. Nice balance of tart and sweet. Granny Smith character shines through. Fairly dry and refreshing. Simple but enjoyable. Bottle sampled at Vermont Brewers Festival.

Jun 28, 2004 The sour apple aroma isn’t overpowering. It reminds me of champagne in both appearance and taste. There’s a lot of carbonation to tickle the tongue, but the flavor isn’t too overwhelmingly sweet.
