If you like the flavor of granny smith apples, then you won't be disappointed with this one. Never has a head, but never needs one. Easy to drink and actually refreshing. walterz42099 (61), York, Pennsylvania, USA

Anyway, it poured out a very pale golden yellow color, Almost a straw color. Not much head, but left a small ring of foam around the edges of the glass. Aromas are of ripe Granny Smith apples, Jolly Rancher Apple candy, slight yeastiness, tart fresh pressed cider aromas abound. Tastes like a liquid apple. Very sweet at first, then slightly yeasty, then the tartness hits you. Not offensively so, but just enough to cut the sweetness. Slight yeast bite in the finish. A top notch cider in my book. britab99 (65), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA

I find this cider to be fairly smooth, not too acidic, but the sourness from the granny smith balances nicely against the sweetness. I find the yeast that has been used to ferment this cider leaves a really nice appely residue to the cider...it is not dry. It is also not overly alcoholic. Just a really nice blend for a cider. At this point, my favorite commercial cider, but I’m still getting into these. IHCNavistar (93), Orinda, California, USA
