Commercial Description:
It is made using 100% Granny Smith apples. This cider has a mouth-watering flavor that is tangy and tart, with just a touch of sweetness.

Light yellow pour, like white wine. Thin fizzy offwhite head. Vinous, green apple aroma. Flavor is sweet and sugary with some apple as well. Unfortunately it seems to be sweetened after the addition of the apple which in my opinion detracts from the flavor and weakens any tart crispness that might have been present.

Pours clear with a yellow tinge and no head. It has a slightly sweet but very gentle aroma. This cider has a dry flavour like a white wine with perhaps a slight bit more sweetness, but overall is a little too bland for my liking. It also has an astringent aftertaste. It was decent, but not something I’d want every day.

Bottle. Pour was very light and clear with a strong aroma of tart granny smiths. Flavor was a bit sweetened outside of the apple addition which turned me off just slightly. Still a smooth cider that was blended fairly well.

(bottle - 12 oz) Pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is light and sweet with a sour and tartness to it. Flavor is the same. Tastes like Apple Pucker mixed with Jolly Ranchers. A bit too sweet and fake for me.

bottle: pint glass: the last of my threesome with Woodchuck, thankfully. Very sweet, very sour, very artificial. Tastes like the Apple Pucker my friends and I used to mix with "151." Glad this one has been logged in the books... don’t plan on visiting again!

Good for what it is, essentially. The type of stuff I drink with my fiancee - smooth, easy-going, sweet, and tangy... like her, now that I think about it.

$1.50 tick from New Beer. Faintly golden seltzer pint glass pour. Inch of paste-like head that settles into some mildly respectable-looking scum. Smell is plastic, corn husk, sulfur, & sugary sour candy. Taste is old pasta, apple Blow Pop, cheap grain alcohol, lime, confection sugar, dusty wheat, sulfites, & some ugly Euro lager for that lingering mental imprint. This "less then 1% natural flavor" has me stumped. Yucky. Carbonation is strong, feel is just a touch thicker then average, but this is not at all quenching. Just barely sitting on the fence between ratable & disposable. Batch concentrate & mulch grade apples. I think "Dark & Dry" is the only Woodchuck I can actually tolerate.
