Amber in color with a small white head. Aroma is of apples, caramel and wood. Wood comes out a little more in the taste and mixes well with the taste of apples.

Orange-red pour. Aroma is fruity and floral. Flavor of apple and wood. Dry sweet finish. The wood adds a lot to the regular Amber cider.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle at Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear and bubble sided golden amber brew with no head. Aroma of apples, a touch of pear and a hint of caramel. Taste is medium bodied with carbonation, flavors of apples, a touch of vanilla and caramel. Finish is semi-sweet, a little smoother than the regular cider with a light apple and vanilla aftertaste.

Clear amber color with a diminished lid of light beige bubbles. I’m catching apples and aromatic bitters in the aroma. I like bitters so it is ok. Hints of oak, and apple pears in the background. Again with the bitters. Lemon-lime soda and bitters with a dash of oak chips. Orange rind, sweet apple juice and caramel. The first time I tried this I kind of liked it. Now its sweet and artificial.

Amber color with no head. Sweet apple aroma. Not really much oak. The flavor is a little woody and a lot bad apple juice. blech
