Oct 23, 2005 Beer number 35 for me at the WBF in Durham, NC. This stuff is definitely better than the ACE Pear Cider, but I think I prefer the Woodchuck apples better--particularly the dry apple cider.

Oct 9, 2005 Had at Beer Fest. Again this was a welcomed try after other typical beers. Very pear tasting, out of all of the Woodchucks this was my favorite. Light, watery palate but great aroma.

Oct 3, 2005 Updated: Oct 6, 2005very strong smell and taste of pears and nothing else. hard to tell its got alchol in it. more like juice for adults. so sweet. I can’t have more than one or I feel sick.

Sep 27, 2005 The aroma is simple pears canned with vanilla. Lightly carbonated, and very light yellow. Not as sweet as ACE pear; though not very dry either. A fairly light cider overall, but not unpleasant.

Sep 21, 2005 Like the other woodchucks, the pear cider lives up to its name. Strongly smells and tastes like pears.

Jul 29, 2005 Light in body and taste, not bad. Pleasant without trying too much for flavor--in the summer for a drink, that’s actually a pretty good thing.
