Pours looking like pear juice, no real foam .. smells of heavenly pear .. wonderfully sweet and delicious, very refreshing too ... some very nice flavours but mainly pear, of course... not as full as i’d like it but very delicious! ...rooooney! mirdreams (1), New York, New York, USA does not count | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 22, 2004 This is hands down my favorite cider. It’s incredibly crisp and refreshing, without a strong aftertaste or what have you. Eminently drinkable, I like to have it with a burger but it’s light enough to pair with fish or chicken. rdelljh (122), Pennsylvania, USA

Subtle pear taste. Smooth yet fizzy.

Smells like many white belgian beers I’ve recently tasted. Tho sweeter, also has a high quality belgian white flavor. Interesting and delicious. No bubbles but nice carbonated palate on the finish. Fruity champagne impressions. No lingering aftertaste and does not have a trace of alcohol flavor. Taste is better than woodchuck granny smith and amber. ericnixon (719), Northampton, Massachusetts, USA
