Bottle. Hazy dull gold with a small head. Aromas are spritzy citrus with clean hops. Caramel with some spices. Flavours are citrus with hoppy, floral notes. Lightly sour with marmalade. Herbal and dry on the finish. Decent.

Comments: Low-flavoured, dull golden ale. Spineless.

Cask @ Turf Tavern, Oxford. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Fruity malty citrus aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Long malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, malts and hops along with much nectar. Flavour is nectar, fruits, wood and some hints of vanilla. Very nice thing.

Cask at Peterborough BF ’07. Amber with a small white head. Faint hop aroma. Rather a dull, flat taste; bit of cardboard, perhaps some fruit. Disappointing. It came from the Woodfordes bar so condition should have been good. 11.8.09 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold. Grassy and floral hop aroma. Pleasant citric and biscuit taste. Some bitterness. Quite good. Rated: 6,3,7,4,11: 3.1

Draught (Carlton Arms, Cambridge) Light colour, no head. Light malty aroma, light bitter taste, actually lemony citrus. VBery summery.

Cask at the Dog and Duck. The evening was saved from total boredom when they finally put this on.

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plumb, Soton. Fruity hops and enough biscuity sweetness to leave a mild bittersweet finish. Not bad.
