Pale golden bitter with frothy white head. Generous, fruity, hoppy aroma. A magnificent, quaffable bitter with good fruity bitterness and length. A per session bitter.

Aug 05 Cask conditioned @ Lion Inn, Theberton (Suffolk). Lots of delicately done flavours - toffee, malt, fruit and hops. Very drinkable with a smooth moreish finish. Overall though I just didn’t float my boat. 3.5 DanielBrown (1919), Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, England

Great balance, enticing flavours. Good stuff all round - you could drink this happily under any circumstances. madsberg (5055), Søborg, Denmark

Citric, hoppy and light sour aroma. Flavour has caramel, herbs, light fruit and a fresh citrus undertone. Is quite thin bodied and watery. Ends on a sweetish flowery note. Quite refreshing. The body is quite weak, dry, a bit sour; but it has a high hopping, aggressive, aromatic, metallic, with a pretty long final. Refreshing. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Pours a light yellow, a small head that quickly disappears. Aroma has the right level of hops and is very fruity. Extremely smooth in the mouth and absolutely delicious to taste - those fruity hops coming through strongly. A shame I only had time for one, but I will be back for more! [Stuey - wish you could taste this, I’m sure you would want to model your Hopslapper of it]
