Mes_and_Sim (4360), Highgate, Greater London, England May 10, 2008 A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Beer Festival. Slightly hazy copper with a thin white rim. Diacetyl and caramel rule the roost unfortunately. Fruity malt backbone just about saves the day. This was not on top form I’m guessing.

Malty fruity bitter with lovely character that made you look at the glass after every gulp. johndoughty (1629), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England Dec 22, 2007 Bottle. Brownish and slightly bitter.Pleasant aroma but the appearance was a little off putting. Some bitterness and probably a reasonable bitter in cask form. Not recommended in its bottle form.
