BoTMC Selection September 2008: Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a light brown body with a small, tan head, which diminished fully. No lacing. Slight hops to the aroma, but that’s about it. Light mouthfeel and carbonation, sweet at the outset with a mild bitter aftertaste. Slight toastiness to the palate, and not much else. Overallm this isn’t offensive, but there are better beers to be had.

Very average brown ale. Not a lot of aroma. Taste is nutty, bready. Mouth feel is very thin. Easy drinking though but not a lot here.

Dude, this beer has like no nose at all. Bready and kinda nutty flavor. I keep reading how many awards this guy has won, and I just think...huh? Goes down easily, but there’s not much to it.
