Dec 13, 2009 on tap-pours a tight off white head and yellow color. Aroma is light malt/wheat-slightly sweet, hint of fruity hops. Taste is light malt/wheat-slightly sweet, hint of fruity-lemon hops, yeast. Easy.

Nov 9, 2009 Notes from "brew weekend." Light with some body from the wheat but still very light. A bit of a vegetal character with some bitterness and earthy notes.

May 25, 2009 Draft at brewpub. Multiple tastings. I have had everything they have to offer as we come here often for dinner while in the area. As with their food, the beer is OK but nothing spectacular. In fact, most of their beers are in my opinion, sub-par. Wasn’t impressed with this one.

May 26, 2008 Draft at the brewpub - Poured a golden amber in color with a small white head that faded quickly. Not much for aroma... some malts, slight hops. Flavor was also not that strong. Slightly bitter on the finish. Pretty unremarkable...

Oct 27, 2007 Fresh growler. Pours yellow and hazy with a small white head. Smells of wheat and some maple with hints of dough. Tastes of wheat, some bubblegum, and some hints of sweetness. Pretty middle of the road.

Sep 13, 2007 Updated: Mar 18, 2008From a growler!!! Smelled and looked a lot like a macro with a golden-yellow pour and a minimal off-white head that disolves fast. Brewed with maple syrup they say and immediately I notice a kind of smooth, slick texture on my tongue. I don’t notice much in the line of a maple syrup flavor. But it goes down fairly smooth with a hint of bitterness and a dry finish. Not a horrible light beer but nothing extraordinary about it. Not available in stores at this time and can only be purchased at the brewpub.

Jul 11, 2007 En fût. Verre de dégustation chez Woodstock Station (North Conway, NH). Arôme: Légère odeur d’agrumes. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle avec une forte densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de clou de Girofle avec une pointe de banane. Courte durée de l’Arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Présence de banane en arrière goût. (Rating #1129)
