Commercial Description:
The wonderfully refreshing German style American Pilsner has the translucent coloration and smooth taste that all beer lovers would recognize as "your basic BREWSKY!" No less complex, however, than its IPA companion, Woodstock Pilsner TM boasts some formidable hops and malts and makes for an engagingly provocative flavor equal to its consumer’s zest for life!

Pours hazy, light golden color with a thin white head. Very mild malt and citrus aromas. Flavor is quite nice, having a very citrusy quality, with a juicy, lemony taste that zings the tongue. Slightly dry finish. Very drinkable, but with enough going on to satisfy the palate. Could be nice with a lemon wedge. Can imagine this making an excellent pool side refresher. Gotta love the tie-dye label. Enjoyable!

Pours a hazy golden body, and a wispy white head. Aroma is grassy, lemony, and a bit skunked. The flavor is placed, grainy, and there is undeniably some lactic presence in the finish. The palate does sit rather nicely though… but I think I’ll pour the rest of this out.

Pours a transparent gold with a white head. Grass and light malt make up the aroma along with a hint of clove. Light floral flavor, nice carbonation in the the light body. Not a bad "lawnmower beer"...easy to drink, a bit resfreshing...not bad, though nothing memorable.

Clear gold, although there is sediment in the bottle, there’s not much haze in the glass. The aroma is slight grassy hops, a bit of straw malt, although I wouldn’t call this dry. Definitely not as good as their IPA.

grassy hop aroma. clear yellow with a fluffy white head. not too bad. has a lightly sweet flowery finish from the hops and the usual grainy maltiness of a pilsner. good but obviously not made to be BIG.

Bottle. Clear yellow, fine bubbly carbonation. Kinda grassy lemon aroma - there’s an off scent - diacytl was my first impression, but I wasn’t 100% on that. It was definitely an off aroma though. Kinda lemony earthy-hop flavors, kinda midline for a pilsener. Nothing spectacular.
