Sweet caramel-malty and slightly bready aroma with a tinge of honey and herbal, almost resiny hops. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Aromatic caramel-malt character, slightly bready with a tinge of sour dough; medium-dry, sweet cara-malty and subtle fruity finish with a tinge of hoppy bitteress. Aromatic, classical Märzen (09.05.08).
