(draught) pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of wheat and clove, with some notes of fruity pineapple. flavour is the same, with a light fruitiness over a wheat base. medium body, strong carbonation.

Nov 11, 2009 Brown-yellow colored with cloudy appearance, medium sized yellow head. Banana dominates in aroma with some flowery note, thin yeast also here with thin acidic note and some grains. Medium bodied. Flavor is more grainy with thin banana still, aftertaste dries with yeast, still some overripe banana lasts.

Oct 6, 2009 Swing top bottle, bought @ the brewery. Amber color, cloudy. Banana and a touch of yeast in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish, wheaty. Hint of clove. Chewing gum. Not bad, but I don’t see the connection to this beer with zoigl.

Sep 29, 2009 Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and sweet malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and malt, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks Timo for this beer.
