May 23, 2009 Has a light golden color. Smells mostly of malts like most German beers with a little bit of hops. Taste has a little more hops than I originally thought. Nice bitter aftertaste. A pretty descent brew.

Apr 18, 2009 Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Clear golden body. Barley malt aroma, plain and good. Sweet barley malt flavor with little hops bitterness, Some bitterness in the aftertaste though. Low carbonation.

Mar 20, 2009 Nice hoppy scent upon the pour. Taste is more grainy and malty, with light hoppiness and high carbonation in the finish. OK, not great.

Mar 14, 2009 Tap at Zum Schneider: Clear golden pour with a dense white head. Mild nose- clean, lightly sweet doughy malts & grassy hops. Fluffy light body. Clean flavor with a firm sweet doughy malt base and tons of grassy hops to dry it out. Clean and simple. A decent example.
