Pours a pale somewhat cloudy yellow with a fairly thich eggwhite type head. Aroma is mild sweet pale malt and fresh hop flowers. Sharp crisp pilsner delivery with moderate hop bite after the swallow. Sweet malt present in the taste as well. Well balanced and a pretty decent rendition of a German style pils.

The aroma has hay and grains with floral and grassy hops. The appearance is pale gold with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma with a bit of the latex flavor that many euro pils seem to have. The palate is thin but well carbonated. Overall it’s pretty typical for the style which is good if you happen to like this style.

Pours a translucent golden with a bubbly foamy white head that left some sticky lacing. Aroma of grassy, floral, bready, lemon and cereal grains. Flavor of bready, doughy, lightly sweet malt, noble hops, citrus, lightly spicy, floral and grassy. Nice, crisp and refreshing. Would love try to this really fresh.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081007]

Bottle. Aroma of hay and yeast, some sweetness. Clear light golden body, large white head. Flavor is quite wonderful, a touch sweet with malt, grass, bread, yeast, and a long bitterish finish. An excellent pils.

Bottle from Sam’s. Pours a straw yellow golden with a small white head. Nose is spicy and hoppy, yet a bit subdued. Flavor follows suit, not as crisp as I want it to be with a sort of watery flavor to it. Not as bitter as the previous pils I enjoyed moment ago. Easy drinking.

Bottled. Clear golden, rich airy head. Neutral nose. Spicy grassy hoppy nose. Dry, rounded and grainy. Some doughy malt covered in rich amounts of grassy hops. Long really bitter finish. A good pils!
