Bottled:
Light fruity and grassy hoppy aroma. Light cloudy, golden color. Fruity hoppy and bitter flavor. Dry bitter finish. Nice hoppy flavor, unspectacular aroma. All in all a good pils.

I really enjoyed this beer. It was crisp, refreshing, It had a gorgeous long-lasting head. Medium bodied. Pleasant carbonation. Slightly dry. Fruity sweetness, towards the finish. Very faint hop bite. This bottle came from Shrubber.

Good pilsner. Pours somewhat cloudy with rushing bubbles. Aroma is faint, but high in german hops. Flavor is very refreshing and biting with sharp euro hops. Very nice, a bit pricey though.

Draught Rating 03/25/2006   Served a light-hazed bright golden with a slight white head that left thin lace. Aroma is more malts that hops with light milky notes and a dash of chocolate (of all things). Mid-bodied with light carbonation. Flavor finds light malts finishing with light bitters. A little sour afterwards. Average.

Bottle Rating 08/16/2006 Frothy white over a light-hazed golden. Green-bottle skunk dominates all, with some vegetal qualities, asphalt and fish emerging later. (Quite horrendus, even without the skunk.) Metallics in the flavor right off the bat. Additional hop bitterness is both grassy and herbal. Flavor isn’t too bad if you air it out to get past the nose. Based on my two ratings, I’d suggest the class, "Bottling for Export 101".

Bottle. Pours gold with a tall foamy white head. The first thing that hits my nose is Euro hops blended with full-on skunkiness. I try and ignore it to delve deeper into this brew. Soft lemony notes, grass, flowery hops, and biscuity malts seem to come forth from under the unpleasantness and make it nice aroma for this pilsner. Taste is classic! Nice bready, doughy malts, grassy notes, light lemon zest, floral hops and some buttery full this out. Body is crisp, dry and smooth. Medium overall feel. Finishes with more biscuity maltiness, bitter hops, light grassy flavors and some lemony notes.

Light and insubstantial aroma. Decent carbonation livens things up. Mild hopping seems a little timid. Mostly light sweet malting, but nothing great.

Poured clear golden color with a fluffy white head. Floral aroma and flavor on top of a lightly sweet malt. Bitter semi-dry finish. Light to medium bodied.

Draught: This is pretty malty for a German Pilsener. Golden with a flimsy white head, it’s got a Vienna-like, richer malt aroma with light floral hop scents. Medium-bodied, the hops assert themselves more in the flavor and the finish, but the sweet, baked bread malt persists throughout. A decent drink, but odd for the style.
