Commercial Description:
Pasteurised Bottle. Sold as Scarecrow in the USA.
"Circle Master is brewed using a unique blend of Plumage Archer Barley Malt, organically grown for us in a dedicated field under the auspices of the Prince of Wales Duchy Estate in Gloucestershire. Whole leaf target hops, naturally grown in a single garden in Kent, are added to create a beer of exceptionally taste and character. A tantalising citrus aroma heralds a delightful malt flavour, rounded off with a spicy bittersweet finish."

From 500 ml bottle from the back of my beer cellar consumed at 55 degrees this poured dark gold with a fat head that lasted a long time and left good lacing rings. Good start visually. Nose is malts and kind of a stale citrus hops. Mouthfeel medium Flavor is kind of bland with a hint of ripe fruit. Finish is bitter, but and odd bitter. This is drinkable, but overall a little odd tasting, and not something I would seek out again.

Pours orange gold with a 1 finger white head that lasts. Aroma is fresh cut straw, with a sweet maltiness and a slight citrus hoppiness. Flavor starts off with a nice hop bitterness, citrus, melon, grass, and cooked spinach. Finish is more bitter hops and a slight resiny taste. Oddly enough despite the low alcohol content it is noticeable right at the end.

Bottle. Golden color with a white head. Aroma: Sweet malt, hay, honey, fruitiness and bitter hops. Flavor: Sweet malt, hay, grass, honey, and citrus. Bitter and hoppy towards the end. Drinkable but a bit boring and one-dimensional.

Bottle, labelled as Scarecrow. Poured a light amber with a wispy white head. Nice aroma of grassy hops with a sweet caramelly body. Flavor is plain, hints of grassy hops and a light body with a slightly dry bitter finish.
