Commercial Description:
Filtered and force-carbonated bottle.
Launched in 2004.
"A pale golden potion with delicate red hues, WychCraft has a fresh citrus aroma derived from three infusions of Styrian golding hops. A sprig of gentle warming malty flavour finishes with a dry biscuit note and a counterpoise of bitterness."

Slightly hazy, orange-yellow; big, frothy, white head; significant lacing; head disappears after some time but can be brought back with some swirling. Aroma bread and orange. Flavor is similary citrusy and bready; nice, pronounced yet controlled bitterness in the finish. Decent mouthfeel; nice, tiny bubbles, but just a tad too thin. Overall, decent for the style; went well with lemon-honey chicken with asparagus.

average beer. Nice, not bad - but nothing special... wouldn’t go out fo way to buy another. Had somehting, but not sure what it was - not enough charisma in it’s zing... you can tell I was taking notice...

From the 1 pt. 9 fl. oz bottle marked 7CIM 18:15. Pours a hazy golden-yellow with a decent topping of creamy beige head. There is a good amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma is immediately malts first and hops second. Flavor is hoppy with elements of citrus. Ends a tad dry. Above average.

Pours nicely but not overly exciting. clear copper colour, medium head that quickly dissipates, scattered lacing with almond aroma. taste is crisp, very smooth.
