Wyders Dry Apple Cider

Looks a little like a Riesling wine. Smells sugary-appley sweet. Tastes just so-so. Slight metallic flavor in the finish turns me off. OK, but not something I could recommend.

Pours with a clear, yellow body with practicly no head. Sweet, dry, apple aroma with some cinnamon. Taste is cloyingly sweet with some plastic. Quite a fizzy mouthfeel.

Looks like champagne. Pale yellow color with lots of carbonation. Nose is dry and of apples. Taste is very cloying, sweet, tangy and weird. I did not think this cider had much depth.

Bottled. Rather clear golden colour with bubbly carbonation. Aroma obviously apples, but sweeter over sour. Flavour is decent, not overpowering or chemical. Tart finish. Average pomme cider.

Typical cider. Aroma of apples and nothing else. Pour was a light gold almost white. Taste was very crisp and dry. Nice apple flavor with a hint of sourness. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours pale pale yellow, thin white head that disappears. Aroma is apples and old cardboard boxes. Flavor is the same, a bit tart, but nothing too complex. I guess ciders are supposed to be 1-dimensional?

Pretty watery, can’t detect much of an aroma. A little sour which makes it a little less bland than it would be otherwise.

Hated this one... nose and flavor of: white wine with apple flavoring. Not worth it. My bottle was green, not brown like in the photo. 11.2 oz. bottle.
