Dec 31, 2005 Gold of body and smelling of a bushel of fresh apples, this sparkling cider tastes like Mott’s apple sauce, which I like, but eat with a spoon rather than drink. Oct 3, 2005 clear pour like apple juice w/ sopme carb. Smells like apple jiuce plus sugar. Palate is thin but ok coating. Tastes like apple juice.. BLAH.

Jul 7, 2005 Bottle poured a ight yellow with no head. Nice apple aroma and flavor.
Tart bitter finish.
Not bad.

Jun 2, 2005 Pours a very light champagne sort of color. Sweet Jolly Rancher apple sort of aroma. Tastes fairly sweet with only a hint of tartness. Not a bad cider. My bottle is 5% ABV.

Mar 16, 2005 I don’t know why this stuff gets a low score or bad wrap. I mean, if you’re going to drink a flavored beer and the thing taste like the flavor, what more do you want? That being said I will point out that it may be a bit too sweet.

Oct 25, 2004 Whew! this stuff is sweet. So my girlfriend and I were at a bar when she ordered what seemed like a half gallon sized mug of this stuff. When she didn’t like it guess who had to finish it off. I think I could drink a small glass of this to hit the spot. It is an interesting cider...just be sure your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach.

Oct 10, 2004 Ok picked up a 12 oz single on the spur of the moment. Had drank Dry Blackthorn last night on tap( liked it)..now lets see if a North American cidery can do dry.
Pretty average American cider in looks..very pale yellow with no head and very little carbonation after the first pour.
The aroma is not too bad, appley of course but maybe sweet apples.
The taste is way too sweet its like kids apple flavoured ( artificial) candy tastes like and very very sweet.
Mouthfeel is pretty "sticky"..this isnt a dry cider at all IMO.
Its ok to drink for the first few sips then it becomes a chore
