(On tap) Completely clear like soda water, gee - I’ve never seen a cider this pale. Sweetish, pear-like aroma. Medium body with an extreme carbonation, sweetish notes of pears - but in general this reminds me mostly of a soda pop. 230307 and 080709

Tap @ in 2004. Clear color with no head. All pear all the time. Sweet pear flavors with a fizzy finish.

12 oz bottle at Zeke’s BBQ. Typical pale with no head. Aromas were weak, and the flavor was predicible. Very crisp and clear and very refreshing but a bit too sweet.

12 oz bottle. Very light yellow and completely see-through with not much carbonation or a head. Aroma is of dry sugar and tart pears. Flavor is quite sweet like pear candy with a small fizzle on the tongue as it sets in the mouth with a touch of a sour note. Surprisingly I really enjoyed the somewhat strong but tame pear flavor as it coats the mouth and hangs out for a bit. Nothing to go bonkers over, but definitely not a bad cyder at all.

this tap handle is a big green pear. probably the best pear cider out there. used to drink it a bit when i lived in san francisco. tastes like sweet pears not like apples as others do. pours yellow clear with effervesence and a nose of a pear flavored now or later. sweet pear flavor with a dry tart backbone. good for about half a glass. then that’s enough.

This bottled cider poured a small sized head of quickly disappearing clear colored medium sized bubbles that left behind a very carbonated transparent clear colored body with a slight yellow green tint to it and no lacing. The aroma was very pear like and the mouth feel was tingly and crisp from start to finish with a pear like aftertaste and strong pear flavor that was remarkably not overdone. Good gob Wyders!

Bottle. Poured a very, very small head that quickly dissipated, no lacing, clear, carbonation, and a clear hue. Sweet, tart, syrupy, and pear nose. Flavor was sweet, somewhat syrupy, thick, tart, somewhat sour, and pear. Mouthfeel was thick, syrupy, tart, tingly, and lightly sour. Light body.

Pours a bright golden yellow color. Aroma of sweet pear. The flavor was a nice change from the apple.The flavor was mostly pear but there is the slight hint of apple as well.
