(On tap) Completely clear like soda water, gee - I’ve never seen a cider this pale. Sweetish, pear-like aroma. Medium body with an extreme carbonation, sweetish notes of pears - but in general this reminds me mostly of a soda pop. 230307 and 080709

From tap at Breakwater. Pours white and clear with no head. Sweet and fruity peary aroma. Sweet and citric perry flavoured. Light crisp touch. Mild citric finish. Acidic to citic finish.

I have never tried a alcohol cider until this moment, but some were left in my fridge at a party, and I need to make room in the fridge, and I'd hate to throw it out without at least trying it. Bear all this in mind as you consider my rating. Appearance is clear, faint green, with no head. Aroma is faintly pear. Taste is definitely pear, fairly sweet (although not cloying) and tart. Dry finish.

(Draft) Pours a nearly clear body with no head. Looked more like a sake than a cider... Jolly Rancher-like aroma. Moderatley sweet artifical fruit, candy flavor.

An extremely pale yellow and headless with light carbonation, this has a very sweet pear aroma, like an overly ripe Bosc. The flavor isn’t as cloyingly sweet, but carries a lighter version of the nose into the mouth. The finish is sweet yet somewhat acidic, making it fairly resfreshing when all is said and drunk.

Once again a very faint straw colored liquid with a white head that fades much like a soda’s would. Hints of pear and touch of apple skins. Once again the mouth is greeted by a sweet fizzy drink. Hints of pear extract and actually seem to be some lemon-lime. A kids drink.

water, no head, no lacing, no carbonation bubbles; water. The aroma is non-existant and the flavor is lightly tart and sweet, balanced even. The flavors and aroma are no where to be found. pear it seems is a boring fruit to make into cider (from experience). Not repulsive, just bland with a tart finish.
