Sep 7, 2006 Cask conditioned - at the Saracen’s Head, Symond’s Yat. Very light colour, a good refreshing drink with plenty of citrus. Tasted stronger than the 3.2. A good lunchtime drink.

Clear golden coloured and smooth on the palate with some hop aroma. SLightly dry malt finish.

Jan 25, 2006 Cask (handpulled) at the Royal Oak, Ockbrook, Derby. Perhaps it just worked wonders with the usual haddock ’n chips but I thought this was superb. Pale hazelnut body, slight hint of sweetness, subdued hoppy roundness. Easy going, superlative session beer.

Oct 4, 2005 Maidstone Beer Festival, 2005. A soft toffeeish session bitter with a late gentle hoppy bitterness. Nothing special but slips down easy enough.
