Orange to yellow colour. No aroma! Some sour flavour. Slightly bitter finish and aftertaste. Three words: water, water and water. No flavour, slightly fruity.

Cask at News House, Nottingham. Amber/gold body, creamy white head. Hoppy aroma and taste with a sherbert finish on the lips ans a good dry taste in the throat.

April, 2004 Park Inn, Mumbles, Swansea. Golden amber. Lemon soap aroma. Slightly sweet palate with tangerine flavours and minimal hop awareness. Not in top condition, but still pleasant. [3.0]
Nov 2007 Medway Beer fest Lychee aroma. Crisp pale dry malt. [2.8]

Served from a cask, it had a light amber appearance and virtually no head. Mild, malty, slightly bitter flavor with a dry, lightly hopped finish.

Cask conditioned at the Battersea Beer Festival, London 2004: Honey gold color, tiney head. Fruity nose, but very light. Butterscotch taste, medium intense though with a nice dry aftertaste.

[Cask] A pale golden beer with a very small head. The nose is hoppy and flowery. The flavor is something else: Aroma hops hits You at first sip, then a sweetness without much malt accent to end on a flowery hoppiness that turns a bit artificial. Is it the hops or the yeast that gives it the artificial note? The bitterness is only slight. This will never become a favorite of mine.

Cask Conditioned at The Rose & Crown, Charlbury. Yellowy gold with white head. Now known as Hereford Pale Ale it is biscuit malt with decent hop bitterness, lacking real depth in character but quite drinkable. Re rated 08/05/04 Turks Head, Alcester. In tremendous condition, light grapefruity hoppy beer, still a little thin but a very pleasant beer.
