Draught (Live & Let Live, Cambridge) Light orange, loose head. Slightly non-descript aroma - it’s just a bitter. Taste follows, nothing particularly special, a little watery. Pleasant finish though, some bready maltiness ana nutty bitterness.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber gold with a small white head. Odd aroma, possibly apple, but faint. Slight fruity sweetness and some ashiness in the taste. Late bitterness. Quite appealing but somehow lacking in intensity
