Interesting mix of fruity sweetness, sour, and bitter. I was told it is a mix of the current batch and last year’s batch which was left to sour for a year. Alcohol around 11%. shp555 (1691), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 12, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark amber with nearly no head. Has a pronounced tartness to this very odd beer. I really could not figure out what it was supposed to be. My guess was a Belgian brown ale. The alcohol heat seems high and unbalance. The finish is chocolate-like, but quick. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA
