Blonde ale with a luscious cream head. Light cascade hops in the nose and flavor. Creamy and extremely quaffable with no bitterness. A top-notch cream ale.

So when I ask the bartender, what other than your IPA has some serious hops ... she reccommends this. I knew she was crazy, but hey I was wanting to try a bunch of beers anyway. Very weak looking. Some vanilla/cream flavors and aromas. Maybe a little toffe and a touch of hops. As it warms it gets too sweet & creamy. Not my idea of a good beer.

On Tap at the Wynkoop Brewery, Denver 29/09/2005 Golden coloured hoppy and smooth on the palate with a slightly hazy appearance. Crisp bitter lasting finish.

Tap. Hazy amber with creamy white head. Delicate citrus aroma. Flavor is light and pleasant but unfortunately scared by some yeasty sourness. pepper, mint and orange blossom honey in the flavor. Excellent mouth feel and with a creamy texture in the mouth like most of the beers at Wynkoop.

Draft at brewery. Pours a lush gold with a full but hollow head. Aroma is light and sweet. Flavor is floral and hoppy but it finishes sweet. Palate is nice and slippery. "Fizzy... on the finish." - Sarah. Good, quality brew.

Slight but pleasant fruity, flowery aroma, no doubt contributed by the Cascades, some lightly doughy maltiness as well. A certain freshly-baked bread aspect permeates. Light-medium golden color, lightly hazy, with an off-white, lasting head and thick lacing. Flavor is likewise light, gently sweet, more white-bready tones combined with quintessentially grapefruity, citric hops, giving a light-moderate amount of bitterness as well. Light, oily, smooth palate, lighter in body, as well. Tasty, if rather subdued.
