Jul 3, 2007 Drank it from a growler after about a week in the fridge. Nice amber color, pours with a nice off white head that sticks around a while. Hoppy and citrus flavor that is quite refreshing if you ask me, and very smooth. An excelent beer from a great brewpub.

Oct 7, 2005 Draft at brewery. Pours a lush gold with a full but hollow head. Aroma is light and sweet. Flavor is floral and hoppy but it finishes sweet. Palate is nice and slippery. "Fizzy... on the finish." - Sarah. Good, quality brew.

Dec 12, 2007 On cask at the brewpub. Whoo boy! I really loved this cream ale. Waxy and silky from beginning to end. The mouth on this one is very thick and coating. Low carbonation and smooth. Very nice.

Golden coloured hoppy and smooth on the palate with a slightly hazy appearance. Crisp bitter lasting finish.

Nov 12, 2005 Tap. Hazy amber with creamy white head. Delicate citrus aroma. Flavor is light and pleasant but unfortunately scared by some yeasty sourness. pepper, mint and orange blossom honey in the flavor. Excellent mouth feel and with a creamy texture in the mouth like most of the beers at Wynkoop.

Oct 4, 2005 Slight but pleasant fruity, flowery aroma, no doubt contributed by the Cascades, some lightly doughy maltiness as well. A certain freshly-baked bread aspect permeates. Light-medium golden color, lightly hazy, with an off-white, lasting head and thick lacing. Flavor is likewise light, gently sweet, more white-bready tones combined with quintessentially grapefruity, citric hops, giving a light-moderate amount of bitterness as well. Light, oily, smooth palate, lighter in body, as well. Tasty, if rather subdued.

Jul 1, 2007 Draught, Wynkoop. Head is mostly lasting. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, grapefruit). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery/velvety texture, soft carbonation. While this brewery rarely make a winner, this brew was better than usual and a pleasant quaffer.
