On tap at the brewpub. Loved this one. Total raspberry aroma was intense. The wave of raspberry flavor washes over your tongue in a big way. Medium in body. Great lacing to a visually beautiful dark brown beer. I thought this was simply awesome.

Tap at brewery. Pours a deep cherry red. Aroma is cranberry and raspberry. Flavor is a deep raspberry with a slightly cherry finish. Palate is watery but coating. Great beer.

On tap. Brown and red in color with faint pinkish head. Well done raspberry nose and similar taste. A little sweet.

Draft at Wynkoop. Dark red body on this. Nose is raspberry but is sweet like a raspberry jam would be. Taste is similar to Lindemans Framboise. Sweet raspberry jam and perhaps even some strawberry. Sugary sweetness to this. Seemingly artificial. Bubbly and dry with a light-medium body. Ends with more berry preserves and some sugary sweetness and stickiness. However, I rather enjoyed this as I do Lindemans Framboise.

Tap @ Wynkoop: Poured a hazy purple color with a pink head. The aroma had big raspberry notes. Very fruity with a hint of tartness... The flavor was lightly tart and fruity. Raspberry and tannic fruit skins.

10.02.05 Tap at brewpub. Hazy, opaque, but vibrant burgundy red color with a thin fizz of pink head. Aroma smacks of fresh berries, light, sweet. The stuff is surprisingly dry and clean to me. Not too sweet at all, lingering tartness reminds of the real deal. Acidity makes it refreshing and might go great with a spicier meal. I liked this stuff.

Draught at the brewpub. Purple-red color, slightly hazy, white head. Distinct raspberry aroma and flavor with a yeasty note. Tart up front with a subdued lingering sweetness.
