Jul 1, 2007 Draught, Wynkoop. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is light amber. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers, apricot), with a note of diacetyl. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Promising, but the diacetyl is a bit too strong for my tastes.

Oct 26, 2007 Tap @ Wynkoop: Poured a clear golden color with a persistent white head and nice lacing. The aroma ws malty with a mild sweetness. A little on the grainy side. The malty flavor had some toasty notes. Cereal taste as well. Crisp bitter finish.

Aug 9, 2008 On tap @ Wynkoop poured a clear light amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of carmel, bread and light fruitttiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, bread and light nuts with a smooth malty finish.
