On tap @ Wynkoop poured a clear light amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of carmel, bread and light fruitttiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, bread and light nuts with a smooth malty finish.

Included in a sampler at brewpub. Tried several beers on a visit to Wynkoop and I THINK this was one of them. Do not remember anything standing out in particular but they were all well done.

Tap @ Wynkoop: Poured a clear golden color with a persistent white head and nice lacing. The aroma ws malty with a mild sweetness. A little on the grainy side. The malty flavor had some toasty notes. Cereal taste as well. Crisp bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery, golden color, with a thick white head, sweet honeyish oat, grainy toasty malt nose, with a hint of fruitiness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp, light zestiness, toasty malt, bready character, with a grassy flowery, herbal hop citrusy accent, leading towards a mild lime hop bitterness finish.

Draft at the brewpub. 4.2% AbV. Poured a clear orange color. Head was off white with good retention and lacing. Aroma was of subdued toffee and caramel. Carbonation was on the high end of the spectrum. There was no significant hop bitterness. Dry on the tongue with malty caramel and cereal grain flavors. Not bad.

On tap at the brewery. Light cold color with faint white head. Crisp malt and hop nose. Crisp body with similar body, but not very bitter. i thought this was a pale ale by the taste.
