Fruity pine aroma. Thick white head. Golden bronze coloured and hoppy with a little dryness in a crisp and fruity very bitter lasting finish. Headbanger (1574), Aurora, Illinois, USA Apr 17, 2009 Draft Wynkoops 11/4/08-Pours a light amber with a small covering for a head. Aroma of hops. Taste of hops, citrus, malt, and funky aftertaste. This medium bodied brew was not bad but a little weak in the hops and htat funk aftertaste. Lubiere (4464), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Mar 17, 2009 An amber ale with a very thin white head. A pleasant yet subdued c-hops, pinhey with citrus notes. In mouth, a rather light and unimpressive IPA, watery, lacking oomph. On tap at brewpub, 24 Jan. 2009. Flavor is the same. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Jan 21, 2009 (Draught) Pours a hazy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of plastic, caramel, citrus, floral, and nuts. Flavor of hops (citrus, grass) and caramel malt with a dry finish. Dogbrick (2816), Columbus, Ohio, USA Nov 1, 2008 Sample at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light orange color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops aroma with notes of malt and other fruits. Medium-bodied with leafy hops, malt and citrus flavors. The finish is moderately hoppy with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
