| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 15, 2007 An ok IPA. Citrus aroma with a bitter finish. Pretty mild and could possibly pass as a pale ale except for the high alc. Left me desiring more. BeerBelcher (945), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 11, 2007 This struck me as a decidedly average IPA. It was a rich orange-copper color with a nice layer of head atop it. Aroma was faintly of hops, but also had a significant hop character. Flavor was very medium bitterness...not all that hoppy for an IPA and rather malty. Much more mild-mannered than I prefer my IPAs. Mouthfeel was unremarkable.
Beer glass wasn’t "beer clean." I wish it were. I had this on-tap at Wynkoop.

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 5, 2006 Draft at Wynkoop. I’ll put it here for now as my notes indicate simply "Wynkoop IPA". Dark amber. Nose is citrus (mainly orange) and pine with light caramel notes. Taste is more caramel, orange peel, pine and some iced tea with lemon. Body is light-medium with a medium carbonation feel on the palate. Ends with more citrus notes, caramel, sweet malts, lgiht pine and a hint of lemon.
