Sweet/floral; well balance aroma. Pale gold with light white head. Starts off sweet and a bit fruity, but not overly so. The malt hops maintain their balance throughout. Probably Wynkoops most solid beer I’ve tried

Draught at Wynkoop. Clear amber - white head. Nice clean hoppy, caramel, grainy, corn, fruity, dusty, light hay & straw, light wheaty, light roasted, dusty. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of hops, grass, caramel and pine needles. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, hops and pine needles. Dry hoppy finish.

A 6,7% beer, bright honey gold color, with a white head, fruity, light toasty malt nose with some honeyed pale malts, hint of bready dough, with an earthy cereal graininess, with some ripe apples in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasty, fruity, flowery hop character, with a hint of yeasty bubblegum, with some crunchy honeyed cereal accents, pears and ripe apples fruitiness, leading towards a fruity, hop leafy bitterness finish.

On tap @ Wynkoop poured a clear golden amber with a small lasting off white head. Aromas of fruittiness, honey, light carmel and a hint of spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of apple, pear, honey, light carmel and a hint of spice with a smooth lingering sweet fruity finish.

Decent beer, sucky name!

On Tap at the Wynkoop Brewery, Denver 07/10/2008 Grassy citrus aroma. Copper golden coloured hoppy and a little rich on the palate with some fruit flavour. Crisp and slightly dry full malt finish.

Sample at the brewpub. Guessing this beer is somehow related to the DNC being in Denver this year. The beer pours a clear copper-orange color with columns of tiny rising bubbles. Medium thin foamy bone white head. Thin sheet of lacing. Aroma of sweet honey and hops, along with mild hops and ginger. Medium-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, honey and fruit plus some hops. The finish is toasted malt with a lingering fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at brewery for GABF 08. Amber pour with small tan head. Nose of grass, citrus and hops. Flavor is both floral and citrus hops with a good toasty malt backbone. Enjoyable.
