Wynkoop Schmidlins Schmoked Pilsener

Should probably be in the smoked category and not in the PIlsener category. The smoked flavor comes through much stronger than anything else. It’s not an over-the-top smokiness, but since the rest of the beer is pretty bland it’s the only component you really taste. It’s good though!

On tap @ Wynkoop poured a clear yellow with a minimal white head. Aromas of straw, smoke and light citrus.Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of smoke, straw, bread and light citrus with a smooth crisp smokey finish.
