The nose is of raisins, glue, cork and sour apples accompanied by grainy and sulphury components. The taste is rather sour. Nice lacework. Light bodied. Watery, grainy and sweetish. Very low bitterness. Notes of celery sneaking in. Unpleasant slight dry finish with a hint of bitterness. NomDeBeer (400), Maryland, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 14, 2008 Dark brown pour almost stoutish. With light off white head and lace. Bit of a toasted malt aroma but is laced with a bit of funk aroma with a hint of cheap cough syrup. Slight mediciney flavor with a bit of an unpleasant in a way bitter. A little thin and foamy. A beer taht is drinkable but surly is lacking in something. BeerBiker (1392), Kathmandu, Nepal

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 12, 2008 Brasilian brew (but owned by Molson-Coors). The label is cool - kind of artsy and spooky. Black pour with a light tan head and lacing. The aroma is mostly bread and hops, but there is some stale yeast too. It tastes like a solid schwarzbier - cofee, grains, hops, molasses, cola. It is a little on the sweet side, but not out of balance. tarjei (1762), Bryne, Norway
