A good schwarzbier for a sessioner, but nothing too impressive. Opaque black with surprisingly decent brown head. Nose is very malty, some anise, hint of fruits. Tastes malty again, very mild hop bitterness, some espresso, light chocolate and fruit. Excessively chilled when I tried it, but I still don’t think a room temperature rating would fare much better.

I was very impressed by this beer. I tried it once in Mexico and then again in the US and both times i was amazed by the agreeable flavor and the mildly fruity taste. My only knock on it is that it tastes a little watery but other than that it is a great option.

Bottle. color of this lager is a deep ruby hue. As a i held it to the light i noticed lots of small clumpy sediment scattered though out. Clearly not a sign of freshness. dark dried fruits and a soft malty sweetness come through on the nose. not bad in the flavor department, malty with nice roastiness and decent carbonation. the sediment doesn’t seem to hurt the flavor, and it never settles to them bottom, just stays there suspended in the beer

very taste beer. a beer master showed me this beer and it blew me away. well the first time i drank it i was drunk and i thought it tasted like dr. pepper haha but when i tasted it in a more sober state i decided it doesnt taste like d pep but its still a nice taste very sweet and easy to drink with some nice hints of fruit. gotta try it.

Dark brown with little head. Some nice fruity aromas. A bit of a tart sensation as well. Taste is thin, has some good flavors, but mostly subdued overall. Easy to drink, and low in ABV. Not bad.

Dark brown color with little aroma. Few hops, but a nice sour flavor. Thin body.

Bottle. Dark garnet brown with a minimal off-white head. Nose is nutty, sweet, and slightly vinous with some hints of grape and apple juice. Flavor is sweet and sour, with some dark roasted malt. Some dark fruits lingering, but overall kind of watery and bland.

Pours a dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of skunk, roasted malt, and a hint of chocolate. Flavor is roasty and quite sweet. It’s alright, but to watery and sweet.
