| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Jun 13, 2009 Is this meant to be still? It opened in complete silence... Thick black treacly looking. Creamy chocolate aroma, it smells like a meringue. Very sweet and malty but not to a gross extent. Plummy fruits come out after a few swigs. Really small amounts of coffee hidden deep down beneath the creamy milk flavours. Silky smooth as they come. No hops whatsoever for me ere. Fruits seem to come out more as you go along with something almost raspberry pink about it. xs2500 (91), Mississippi, USA

Nice aroma of dark fruit, raisin and coffee. Medium body with flavor of dark sweet fruit, light coffee with some hop bitterness in the background. I was surprised I liked this quite a bit, more over the other choices in this place were Hineken , Budlight and so on.
