Engelsmann (653), Copenhagen, Denmark Aug 24, 2006 Bottled. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is apples, sweet, and some alcohol. Taste is sweet apples Ungstrup (14723), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 6, 2005 A yellow cider with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of apples. The flavor is also sweet with primary notes of apples, but also some notes of wood, leading to a dry end. The body is thin for such a strong cider. Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA Jul 25, 2005 Nose of green apples, some alcohol and some kind of white wine. Light yellow body, small white head. Sweet flavor, apples, and alcohol. joergen (8423), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 25, 2005 Amber coloured with a small white head.
Acidic aroma with lots of green apples and spices.
Nice flavour of green apples, marzipan, fruits and spices. leaparsons (4658), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Mar 29, 2005 Heh, heh, my bottle was also number 062089, not exactly limited edition perhaps! Golden in colour with rising bubbles. Aromas are sticky apples with not much alcohol evident. Flavours are sweet apple, quite syrupy followed by a chemical aftertaste. Dry on the finish and sticky on the palate. Still surprisingly good for a "cheap" cider. Eirikur (298), Alftanes, Iceland Nov 18, 2003 275 ml. Bottle no. 062089
This cider is really nice, This is my first cider for over 2 years so its rather hard for me to discribe this.
The alcohol is very well masked and the apples are getting very well through, I would like to have this again if I had the change.
