4th sample from the crap-pak at the annual K-W swillfest.
No off tastes per se - just bland, fizzy thin and with sharp dextrin extract tastes and rice and corn aromas - like wet cardboard.
Good to know crappy adjunct swill beer is not native to Canada’s macro brewers,. This is pure swail from the home of liberty.

Sep 6, 2009 Can. Piss yellow, bubbly. Malt body, with touch of hops and yeast. Had it ice cold, which thankfully probably hid what this thing was really packing. And I had it on a cottage dock. Forgive me for being a little forgiving.

Mar 20, 2009 Gold in colour with a large but very quick to dissipate white head, patchy lacing. The aroma is of corn, metal, grass and grains. The flavour isn’t any better., very sweet as well. Metallic mouthfeel, light body, high carbonation. Finishes quick, watery.
Pretty offensive and just plain horrible.

Jan 17, 2009 Tall Boy can. Pours pale straw with a thin white head. Smells of some sweet corn. Tastes watery with some earthiness on the finish.

Jun 11, 2008 [1206-20080317] 355mL can. Vegetable leafy haystack aroma mixed with some floral straw. Clear, yellow brown body with a quick foamy white head. Grainy straw-like dirt flavour. Light body is watery and grainy. Poor.

Apr 27, 2007 Medium gold with lots of bubbles. Minor aromas of grain, granulated sugar and lemon zest. Over carbonation makes this go down like soda. Taste is a yawner. Zzz...
