The technology used in the production includes a natural fermentation proces of the beer at low temperatures, in contrast to other sorts of nonalcoholic beer it is obtained by the separation of alcohol from normal beer, which gives it special harmonious properties and brings together the aroma and the taste of classical beer. 8°
