Cask Halfway house Edinburgh ... Yellow, lager like in appearence ... good mouth feel ... good balance ... fruity juicy with a distincive hop character ... little drying but no real bitterness ... little sherbert in linger.

Cask, Dog and Gun, Keswick. Golden with a small head. Aromas are biscuit malts and caramel with sweet mellow lemon and some sugar. Flavours are sweet and sugary with biscuit malts. Fairly dry and bitter. Simple, yet drinkable.
