Yazoo Belgian Wit

had at the brewery. i think they are using their hefe yeast in this brew. a lot of banana/ clove/ bubblegum, like a hefe. no tartness. slight coriander.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours cloudy golden orange with big foamy white head. Nice fruity ester and spicy aroma. Typical wit beer flavors of wheat malt, coriander, yeast. Chalky and faint dryness on the finish. Not as sweet as I prefer my wits. But solid and true to style.

Pours cloudy with a white head. Huge yeast aroma with wheat notes. Roasted malt and yeast flavor with corriander, rosemary. Chalky and medium-bodied palate with no aftertaste.
