Aroma of sweet toasty grainy dark caramel with some earthy chocolate notes. Starts lightly sweet with a touch of light fruitiness and some earthy dark chocolate toward a drier, thinner finish with a touch of piny resiny hops. A decent porter. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Aroma is decent with a faint roasted malt and caramel character. Overall a little too light bodied for me and slightly astringent as well. Must be those damn English hops. Just have never enjoyed them too much and certainly not in too large a quantity in my porter. Hank1980 (765), Athens, Georgia, USA
